How does it work?
A film inside the flexible silicone mat produces gentle radiant warmth across the full surface, not a single hot spot. An automatic temperature regulator holds the setting and prevents overheating, while elevated bumps on the underside lift the heated surface off the benchtop so heat dissipates safely on granite, quartz or wood. You select the setting on the touch panel, place already-hot dishes on top, and every dish stays at serving temperature.
How is this different from a warming tray?
A warming tray runs hot, sits in one spot and takes up bench space you don't have. The WarmKeep is a flexible mat that rolls up when you're done, so it lives in a drawer. It holds food at serving temperature rather than cooking it, which is what you want once everything's already plated.

How often should I use it?

How long will it take to receive my delivery?
Most orders are packed within one to two business days, and delivery across Australia typically takes 6 to 9 business days depending on where you live. Metro areas usually land at the faster end, while regional and remote addresses may take a little longer. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel is on its way, so you can follow it right to your door.
How does the 30 day guarantee work?
Use it properly. Roll it out, host the dinner, stand the air fryer on it. If it's not right for your kitchen, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hi@serveready.com.au and we'll arrange a refund.
We don't need the original packaging, and we don't expect the product to be untouched — that's the point of a trial. We do ask that it comes back complete, with any cords and accessories, and in a condition that reflects normal household use rather than damage.
This guarantee sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and doesn't replace them. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

All orders include FREE and fast delivery Australia-wide, no matter how many products you order.
Help, I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?
Think your order might be lost in transit? Although Australia Post quote us 5-9 business days for standard delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
If your order isn’t delivered within 20 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with Australia Post.

At this time, we only deliver our products to customers in Australia.

How do I use a discount code?
Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.
